Toning your midsection isn’t only for aesthetics, but is a great way to improve circulation, strengthen your overall core and improve your posture – something that we definitely need more of these days, since we’re spending so much more time sitting at our desks and computers. Waist and abdomen exercises also strengthen the digestive system and intestines, helping reduce common discomforts such as gas and bloating.
