Scientifically designed to provide a full-body workout in the span of 55 minutes, Shaping Therapy is recommended for beginners with no previous fitness experience, those with health concerns or past injuries, and for those over the age of 65. The exercises are offered with varied levels of intensity with reduced emphasis on potential risk points (back, joints). Presented in an easy-to-follow manner the workout leaves the class instructor more available to work with each participant. This personalized approach to each person in the class allows for a unique workout in a group setting, focusing on the individual needs of every participant (accommodating for personal fitness goals, adjusting for ability, experience, or even past injuries, etc.). The workout relies on using your own body weight and only the simplest of props, instead of elaborate equipment that could result in injury and requires a certain threshold of training in order to use effectively.
