About Shaping Classic

The original program developed for women of all ages and of all levels of fitness experience.
Scientifically designed to provide a full-body workout in the span of 55 minutes, Shaping Classic focuses on toning, improving coordination, and an overall improvement in physical health. The exercises are offered in multiple levels of intensity and presented in an easy-to-follow manner, leaving the class instructor more available to work with each participant. This personalized approach to each person in the class allows for a unique workout in a group setting, focusing on the individual needs of every participant (accommodating for personal fitness goals, adjusting for ability, experience, or even past injuries, etc.). The workout relies on using your own body weight and only the simplest of props, instead of elaborate equipment that could result in injury and requires a certain threshold of training in order to use effectively.
Set to great music, these classes will put you in a great mood as you get in shape with us.

Complete with a  set of nutrition recommendations, Shaping Classic offers a total approach to your health, where the workout, meal plan, and personal coaching lead to amazing results.
